Cancellations

It is recognised that all event plans can change; in the event of a cancellation within 7 days of the event all deposits for the hire of straw bales will be refunded.

Disclaimer

Whilst ‘Event Bales’ are responsible for the safe transportation, delivery and collection of straw bales, risk assessments for the use of the straw bales at each venue remains the sole responsibility of the function organisers.  ‘Event Bales’ shall accept no responsibility in the event of accidents/damages by use of the straw bales at any functions.  Disclaimer forms will be provided on confirmation of straw bale hire and will need to be signed by the person responsible for the site/function safety and returned to ‘Event Bales’ before straw bale hire orders will be released.
