We can provide various size straw bales to suit all your event plans.
Our straw bales have been hired for lots of different events including weddings, engagement parties, country & western evenings and private parties of all sizes. Our straw bales have been hired to provide props for TV and film sets and obstacles for endurance races. In addition, our straw bales have been hired at short notice to provide safe pathways at waterlogged events where the weather has threatened to stop the event going ahead or risk the health and safety of visitors.

Sizes
You can hire our small rectangular straw bales of around 3ft x 2ft, our round straw bales of around 4ft, and our large rectangular straw bales of around 7ft (Forklift required on event sites). Our rectangular straw bales are held together with bands and our round straw bales have net covers. Whatever your needs, we have straw bales for hire that are perfect for every event.
Delivery
We can make arrangements for the straw bales to be delivered to the venue of your choice, taking the hassle out of hiring straw bales and then having to think about transportation. A small delivery charge will be applicable with rates varying depending on distance, whilst orders in excess of 60 straw bales may have to be delivered in multiple loads and transport charges will apply accordingly. Alternatively you can collect your straw bales right from our farm on Golden Smithies Lane in Wath-Upon-Dearne, Rotherham.
Pricing
We're unable to outline all the possible charging scenarios for the hire of our straw bales on this site, as generally each event has a different need and a different location. However, we will gladly provide a quote when the details of the order size and event location have been established. Deposits of 25% of the total order value are payable to secure any booking, with the balance to be paid on delivery.
